What does a porta potty rental cost in Reno?
Price depends on the unit and how long you keep it. A standard porta potty rental is the workhorse and the cheapest option. A deluxe flushable unit runs higher because it has a flush pump and a sink inside. Delivery is a separate line. Full numbers live on our porta potty rental cost page, and the per-day breakdown shows short jobs.
| Unit | Day | Week | Month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | 100-350 | 130-500 | 125-325 |
| Deluxe flushable | 85-1200 | 150-290 | see quote |
| ADA | 200-400 | 120-240 | see quote |
Weekend rates sit apart from the weekly line. A standard unit over a weekend runs about 250 dollars. Ask for a firm quote before you book, since your site changes the delivery fee.
How many porta potties do I need?
Count your people and your hours. OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) sets one toilet for 20 workers or fewer on a construction site, then one seat and one urinal per 40 workers once you pass 20. Events run on headcount and length. Our sizing guide walks the math, and the OSHA requirements page covers the code in plain words.
ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 puts the baseline service interval at one visit per week for up to 10 users over a 40 hour week. Busy festivals and concerts need more units and more service. So does a marathon or race. If you run a construction site, pair toilets with a handwashing station. We build the count with you so nobody waits in line.

What is the difference between standard, deluxe and luxury units?
A standard unit is about 44 by 48 inches on the ground and roughly 92 inches tall, with a 60 to 70 gallon holding tank. It has a seat, a urinal and a paper holder. That is the portable toilet most crews want, sometimes called a porta john.
A nice or fancy unit means the flushable deluxe: flush pedal, sink, mirror. For a wedding or gala you want a luxury restroom trailer instead, which is a towable restroom trailer with real fixtures. Trailers come in 2 stall, 4 stall and 8 stall layouts, plus a shower trailer for longer stays. See restroom trailer cost for those numbers.

Do you deliver across the Reno area?
Yes. We cover Reno and the towns around it. Sparks is 9.2 miles east, Verdi is 9.6 miles west, and Mogul sits 5.9 miles southwest. We reach Golden Valley 7.6 miles north and Sun Valley 7.7 miles northeast without trouble.
Farther out we still run trucks to Lemmon Valley at 12.8 miles and Spanish Springs at 17.4 miles northeast. Cold Springs is 18.1 miles northwest. Check the full service areas list or the main Reno rental page for coverage. Placement in a public right of way needs confirming with the City of Reno first, since local permit rules are not something we quote from memory. Our placement guide and permit page explain what to check.

What else can you bring to the same site?
One vendor for the whole yard. Add a roll-off dumpster for the debris; a roll-off delivery needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck. We stock 10 yard, 20 yard and 30 yard boxes, with sizes and dimensions laid out for you.
We also rent storage containers in 20ft and 40ft, plus temporary fence and crowd control barriers for events. On the septic side we handle tank pumping and grease trap pumping; a grease interceptor gets pumped when grease and solids hit 25 percent of liquid depth. Need washing to meet 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2)? A portable sink carries soap and towels, which sanitizer alone does not satisfy.
How much is a porta potty rental near me?
A standard unit in Reno runs 100 to 350 dollars a day, with delivery billed separately. Weekly and monthly rates change the math. See rental cost and the monthly rental page, then ask us for a firm quote on your site.
How often do you service the unit?
ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 sets one visit per week for up to 10 users over a 40 hour week as the baseline. Heavy use needs more. We restock paper, pump the tank and sanitize each visit. Details are on how often porta potties are cleaned.
Do porta potties smell in Reno heat?
Not when serviced right. The blue deodorizer in the 60 to 70 gallon tank breaks down waste and holds odor, and regular pumping keeps it in check. Read do porta potties smell and how do porta potties work for the full picture.
Can I rent just for a weekend?
Yes. A standard unit over a weekend runs about 250 dollars, delivered and picked up. That suits a party, a wedding or a short job. For emergencies we run emergency service too. Start a quote and tell us your dates.
Is an ADA unit required at events?
Where single-user units are clustered, ADA Standards section 213.2 requires at least 5 percent, and never fewer than one, to be accessible. The accessible route stays 36 inches wide under ADA 302.1. See the ADA restroom requirements page and contact us to plan the layout.
